Is the database secure? Our server is hosted by Rackspace in Texas, and protected by hardware and software firewalls. Companies like HP and Motorola trust Rackspace for their hosting. So do we. Can I print reports? Invisually has printer friendly pages. Choose from thumbnail or one-line views, and generate custom reports with the click of a mouse. Can I add custom fields or change status names? Customizing Invisually for your specific pipeline needs is easy. During setup, if names or field types need to be changed, there is no additional cost. Custom functionality is always available and can be quoted upon request. Does the site come with FTP access? Invisually is designed to avoid using FTP, by managing media within the record. Even so, each site does come with dedicated FTP access and a download / upload page. What about data backups? At all times, the entire database has 4 days of previous versions backed up to RAID. If anything unforseen happens on the user side, the previous day’s version can be restored. Who uses invisually? Has it been proven on any shows?
